Green Monster

This piece began as a completely different painting underneath the highly textured surface. It was made in a time when I was dealing with the loss of a good friendship. Green was their favorite color. Once I finished the piece underneath the current painting, I felt that it did not represent the title that I gave it. So I went back in adding big monsterous layers to add dimension and give it a feeling of something big, like a monster. My boyfriend also gifted me spray paint. I began using the spray paint to customize some of the frames. I also enjoyed adding small spray paint details onto the surface of the painting. 

Measuring 11 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches, this original acrylic painting is one of a kind piece. It is signed by the artist on the back of the canvas and includes a certificate of authenticity. 

Once your purchase is complete, I will personally sign the artwork, and prepare it for shipping with a white- glove level of care. Your painting ships fully insured with tracking and typically ships within 5-7 business days.
